The like to Thomas de Fissheburne and John de Donecastre, touching the deaths of Peter Otewy and Nicholas le Clerk at York. By p.s. 19, The like to William le Vavassur, Henry le Scrope, Guichard de Charron and John de Barton of Fryton, touching the persons who attacked the dwelling-house of Thomas de Richemund, at Burton Constable, co. York, during bis absence in Scotland on the king's service, burned his houses, felled his trees, fished his ponds, and carried away his goods and also vertain deeds and quit-cluims found in his house.
