Commission to Roger le Brabanzon, Gilbert de Roubiri and Henry Spigurnel, upon complaint by Hugh le Poter of London, brother and heir of Alexander le Poter, deceased, to examine and correct an alleged error in the proof of a will in the court of Hustings of the city of London. The complainant setting forth that his brother, as kinsman and heir of the late Walter le Poter, of the same city, entered upon a meseuage, 4 shops and 4 upper rooms of the latter, but that certain persons, pretending that they were the executors of the testament of the said Walter, proceeded to prove such testament, and obtained judgment in their favour in the court of Hustings, and that they subsequently sold the premises to Richard de Gloucestre. 9.
