The like to Henry Spigurnel and William Trussel, on complaint by John de Crumbewelle that Philip le Rus, Pentecost de Kershalton, Thomas .le Horpol, William de Tekre (sic), John de Lungevyle, late mayor of Northampton, and others of that town assaulted and imprisoned his men and servante at that town when on their way to him with his great horses and arms to Scotland, where he was staying on the service and under the protection of the late king.
