Commission of oyer and terminer to Geoffrey de Picheford and Walter de Agmod[esham]on complaint by Henry de Boun, that whereas Master Henry Sampson of La Stock, holds certain lands of his fee in La Stock within the precinct and liberty of his manor of Agmod[esham] and the said Boun by judgment of his court of the said manor caused his beasts to be distrained, the said Master Henry, refusing to submit to justice, with Robert de Cravene, Peter de Whilden, Thomas atte Boure, and Richard Byd, assaulted the men of the said Henry de Boun, making the said distraint, and rescued the said beasts ; the inquisition to be made by jury of the county of Hertford.
