Mandate to John de Greilly, seneschal of Gascony, to pay to Eleanor, the king's mother, out of the issues of the custom of Bordeaux or elsewhere, 1,2421. 6s. 4d. of black money of Tours, being the balance still due to her according to a computation made on the morrow of the Annunciation, 9 Edward I. of al] the assignments made to her in the custom of Bordeaux, and of the arrears thereof in suppletion of her dower, and of all the debts which were due to her for the land of the Agenais, allowance and subtraction having been made of 3,6932. 6s. 8d. of black money of Tours, paid by the said John and Raymond de Mirall[o], constable of Bordeaux, to William de Estden, her proctor, and of 240 . of like money received by him to her use of the issues of the lands of Saintes, the Isle of Oleron, Bourg-sur-Mer, St. Emilion, and L Entre deux Mers, for the time she held them, that is, after the feast of SS. Simon and Jude last past.
