Inspeximus of a charter made by the king in the time of his father, dated at Nottingham, 2 January, 50 Henry III. granting in fee simple to John de Greilly, at the service of one knight's fee, Benauges with its appurtenances and the town of I]az, and the salt-pit of Bordeaux ; with power to the prince or his heirs to resume this grant, after first providing the said John with land elsewhere in Gascony in exchange.
