Grant to John de Greilly of the castle of Castillon by St. Emilion, in the diocese of Bordeaux, and Gourzon, with all their appurtenances (which Peter, sometime vicomte of Castillon, and his ancestors held or ought by right to have held), except the town of Leyburn and the parishes of Pomeroch, Fouzer and Varvan ; also of whatever Bernard de Beivill and his ancestors sometime held or ought to have held in Langou by water or land ; to hold in fee simple at the rent of a sore goshawk at every removal (stngulis amocionibus) of the lords of that fee. 7.
