Mandate to the said justiciary, and S. bishop of Waterford, treasurer, to the kiug with discreet bailiffs and ministers in Ireland who shall keep the bailiwicks and offices committed to them, and ronder account of the same, and answer for the issues thereof at the exchequer Dublin, so that whatever ought to be paid or delivered to any person on of the king in the said land may be paid and delivered by the treasurer chamberlains of the exchequer aforesaid.
