Grant to the abbot and convent of St. Edmunds that the goods of themselves and of their burgesses, freemen and villeins within their banlieu of St. Edmunds be taxed in the presence of Roger Loveday by themselves or persons deputed by them, and that the presence of the said Roger within their banlieu shall not be to their prejudice.
