. 117 it had come into his hands, within it or elsewhere within the liberty, then of Cliff[ord], up to the time when by a judgment of the king's court by reason of the forfeiture of the said Walter, the liberty was taken into the hands of Henry ITI.; or if the writs of any other lord, and of whom, then ran there touching matters pertaining to the manor aforesaid, or whether the manor is within the liberty of Breconyogh, and it has been the custom always and without interruption up to the present time to answer to the lord of the liberty in all things, and to be impleaded by writs of the lord of the said in the said manor, as is alleged on the part of Humphrey de lord of Breconyogh.
