Appointment, at will, of William le Brun, king's yeoman, to the manor of late of Elias de la Falayse, extended by John de London, this side Trent, at 13/7. 8s. 34d., and the manor of Randolveston, of the same Elias, extended by the same John at 6/. 10s. 6d., which are to be the king's escheats, the king being bound by a charter to provide the said William in land to the value of 20/. a year to him and his heirs ever out of the king's escheats.
