Whereas Robert Gibbesone of Huggeleye, John, his brother, Roger Laghon, Roger the Bonde, Richard atte Ree, John the Monke, Roger Eirnald, Roger Hamond, Nicholas brother of Roger Laghon, William atte Ree and Henry Hamond, for non-appearance before the king to answer touching a plea of trespass of John atte Walle of Farnecote, are outlawed in the county of Salop; the king is now informed on behalf of the said John that, although divers writs have been sent to the sheriff of . Parr I. 65 that county to take them, they have gone from the county and are vagabonds elsewhere plotting to do the same John all the mischief they can; he has therefore appointed John de Delves, Thomas de Wenlok, king's serjeant at arms, Nicholas Forcer and William de Glaceleye to take these outlaws and bring them to Shrewsbury prison, there to be delivered by indenture into the custody of the sheriff of Salop, so that he may have them before the king at his command. 10.
