Pardon to John FitzRichard of Santon for acquiring from Adam Daye a toft and two acres of meadow in Wyghton, said to be held in chief, which had been successively acquired by the latter from Thomas Daye, by Thomas from Richard Doggeskyn, by Richard from Robert Chesandbred, by Robert from Thomas [nndegate, and by Thomas from Robert Roos, knight, and entering thereon notwithstanding that no lieence had been obtained from the king's progenitors or from the king for any of these transfers ; and restitution of the teft and land to the said John to hold to him and his heirs.
