Mandate to the chancellor and keepers of the Great Seal for the time being to present Geoffrey de Cotes, king's clerk, in consideration of his service to the late king and the king and of his having at the request of the latter given up the church of Fisshelake, in the diocese of York, taxed at 40/., to which he had been duly instituted, to the first void benefice with cure, not of greater value, in the king's presentation or in that of the chancellor by virtue of his office, which he shall think fit to accept.
