Pardon to Walter le Bakere of Lambhuth of his outlawries in the county of Kssex for non-appearance before the justices of the Bench to answer touching a plea of Richard de Fifhide, the younger, that he render an account of the time in which he was his receiver, and to answer touching a plea of John le Rous, Nicholas le Rous and Ellis atte Hethe and Joan, his wife, executors of the will of Maud le Rous of Norton, that he render an account of the time in which he was receiver of the said Maud, and of his outlawry in the husting of London for non-appearance before the same justices to answer touching a plea of William de Chetwode, Geoffrey de Weston, chaplain, and Nicholas de Lydeseye, executors of the will of John de Bradeleye of Aulton, that he render an account of the time in which he was receiver of the said John; he having now surrendered to the Flete prison as John de Stonore, chief justice, has certified.
