Norfolk, because being in the company of some other evildoers charged with divers misdeeds he would not surrender himself to the king's peace, the king has pardoned Thomas de Snoryng of Estherlyng, who has been maliciously indicted of the death of the said John, the suit which pertains to the king for the death and any consequent outlawry.
