Pardon to the mayor, good men and whole commonalty of the city of London, in consideration of 2,500 marks paid to the king by the hands of John de Drokenesford, king's clerk, keeper of the wardrobe, of the fifteenth incident upon their moveables by reason of the fifteenth lately granted to the king in the parliament at Lincoln, and grant that if the king should not have the said nth, he will allow them the amount in the farm and the issues of the city, and likewise in the issues of the county of Middlesex which shall happen to be levied to the king's use by summons of the Exchequer or otherwise.
