Leicester, and to assart and arrent the soil and waste of that manor, which late belonged to John Comyn, earl of Boghan, and became forfeited to the king by that earl's rebellion, and was committed to the said John until his lands in France, which the king of France seized by reason of the war with England, are restored to him, or until the king order otherwise. . 28.
