Grant, after inquisition made by the sheritf of Surrey, that Nicholas Malemayns, king's yeomen, son of Nicholas Malemayns, deceased, and his heirs, may have the fines for breach of the assize of bread and ale and the view of frank-pledge in his manor of Okeleye, co. Surrey, enjoyed by his father and his ancestors, but which his father was prevented from continuing to enjoy by Nicholas le Gras, sometime sheriff of Surrey. The king ordered it in his parliament at London las . March.
