Appointment of Robert de Tateshale, John de Metingham, William de Paul's, Carleton, Roger son of Osbert and William de Kerdeston, to arrest vagabonds at Great Yarmouth and keep them in safe custody until further order, and to take measures for the custody of that town and the adjoining sea coast, so that mercliants, both natives and strangers, may carry on their business in peace, and especially so that fishermen of Flanders, Hoyland and Seland may come there and fish, as they have been accustomed to in time past. 8.
