Licence for the alienation in mortmain by William Fraunk to the prior and Augustinian Friars of Lincoln, of a messuage in Grymesby, from which there is due at the Exchequer by the hands of the bailiffs of the said town 6d. a year, wherewith the said William is charged. By inquisition returned from the Council. Extension to Master Ralph de Ivingho, king's clerk, of a grant, during pleasure, at a rent of 20s., of the king's water-mill in Pichelesthorne, co. Buckingham, into a grant in fee simple at the same rent.
