Pardon to John de Betherton of his outlawry for non-appearance before the justices last in eyre in the county of Salop, to answer touching the death of Geoffrey de Whytesgreve, as it appears by inspection of the rolls of the time when Ralph de Hengham was a justice appointed for hearing the King's pleas, that the said John, being appealed of the said death by ate the wife of the said Geoffrey, was acquitted.
