Pardon to Richard son of Ivo of his outlawry for non-appearance before the justices last in eyre in the county of Salop to answer touching the death of Geoffrey de Whytegruve, whereof he was appealed in the king's court by Agnes late the wife of Geoffrey, as it appears by inspection of the rolls of the time when Ralph de Hengham was a justice of the King's Bench, that he had already been acquitted thereof.
