Parr II. 111 another of the said Edmund's heirs, and to the said Hervey, William, Robert (sc) and Richard; and subsequently Matilda Durem released her whole interest therein to the said John Bray, Geoffrey Michel and others, and afterwards the said John Bray, Hervey Lacford, William Robtoft and Richard Patirgoos, by fine levied in the king's court, granted the said manor to Geoffrey Michel of Great Yeldham, John Bredeford, William Hoore, Edmund Heryng, Thomas Sewale of Mapiltrested and William Gerveys and the heirs of William Gerveys, and the said Geoffrey released his whole interest therein to the said John Bredeford, William Hoore, Edmund Heryng, Thomas Sewale and William Gerveys, and afterwards granted the said manor to John son of William Doreward, the said John Bray and the heirs of the said John son of William, and subsequently they, the said John Bredeford, William Hoore, Edmund Heryng, Thomas Sewale, William Gerveys and Geoffrey Michel, released their whole interest therein to the last named, and whereas all the parties successively entered thereon without licence; the king, for 10 marks which the said John son of William Doreward and John Bray have paid in the hanaper, pardons the trespasses therein committed and grants the manor to them as acquired, and further grants to the said John son of William licence to enfeoff John Elyne, clerk, Robert, Knechebole, Robert Rikedon and Thomas Howelot of the said manor, and to the said John Bray to release his interest therein to the said parties or to the said John son of William, in fee simple, in order that they, after seisin had, may enfeoff the said John son of William, John Olyver of Stanewey, Robert Olyver, Thomas Hynton, Thomas Redeleye and Richard Wodlond of the same.
