Pardon, for 12 marks paid to the king by Richard Nassh and Philip of the trespass in the grant to them, without licence, by Thomas and Alice, his wife, of the reversion, in fee simple, of the of Boghrad and Treweryn and a messuage, two carucates of land, acres of meadow, six of pasture and 4/. 6s. 8d. of rent in Eton held in chief, whereof Elizabeth late the wife of John de knight, was tenant for life, and which was part of the of the said Alice ; and licence for the said Richard and Philip enter upon the premises after the death of Elizabeth, and further for to grant the reversion thereof to the said Thomas and Alice, in tail, with successive remainders to the heirs tail of Thomas and Alice, John Oldecastell, brother of Thomas, in tail male, and ultimate to the heirs general of Thomas.
