Commission of oyer and terminer to Hugh de Courteney, earl of Devon, William de Shareshull, John de Stouford, John de Clyvedon, William Daumarle and Richard de Birton, on complaint by John Durbourgh that Philip de Loccombe, John Everard, John Whitoun, Robert Hamound, Robert son of William le Baillif, Richard de Alvernecote, John de Bagedehole, John de Crouden, Payn le Parkere, Thomas le Cartere, Geoffrey le Clerk, John Osbern and others, at Hethfeld Talbot, co. Somerset, drove away his horse, 17 oxen, 23 cows and 440 sheep, worth 100/., carried away 80 geese and 20 capons, worth 30s., and assaulted his men and servants, whereby he lost their service for a great time. For 30s. to the king paid to the clerk of the hanaper.
