Commission of oyer and terminer to William de Thorpe, Roger de Thomas de Sibthorpe and William de Skipwyth, on complaint Margaret late the wife of Hervey de Beek of Normanby that William Sancto Quintino, chivaler, Joan, his wife, Walter de Heselarton, John de Boys, chivaler, John Ulram, chivaler, Robert de chivaler, William son of Philip de Nevill, the younger, John Roos, William son of Richard de Nevill, William Abraham, John de and others broke her close at Normanby by Glentham, co. mowed her crops and grass there, carried away these with other her goods, and depastured and trampled down with cattle other of her and grass. By fine of 20s. paid in the hanaper.
