Appointment of Robert Burghcher, baron, Andrew de Offord, professor of civil law, canon of the church of York, and Gerald de Podio, sacristan of Bordeaux, as the king's proctors and special envoys to obtain before all things sufficient security that if a son be born of the marriage between the infante Peter, first-born son of Alfonso, king of Castille, and Joan, the king's daughter, which had been to some extent agreed upon between plenipotentiaries of the two kings, he shall in any event succeed to the throne of Castille and Leon after the death of the said Peter and Alfonso, and to treat of other matters connected with the marriage.
