The like grant, for 50/. similarly paid to the said John de Hermesthorp by Robert Davy, vicar of Bristall, John de Nevill of Ferneley, John de Cotys, chaplain, and John de Clyfton, and for 507. more to be paid by them at Easter, by the hands of John Woderoue and Richard Gascoyne, to them of the manor of Appelby, co. Lincoln, late of the said Michael de la Pole ; together with the advowsons, warrens, wardships, etc. appurtenant thereto, to hold as fully as did the said Michael or Robert Nevill of Hornby, knight, deceased, with the like proviso in case of the premises being recovered from them.
