Licence, with the assent of the Council, for the prior and convent of Friars Preachers of Chilterne Langele, co. Hertford to whom the king by letters patent dated 2 October, 12 Richard II, granted the issues and profits of (amongst other manors) the manor of Beaurepere, co. Kent, and by the same letters patent demised the custody thereof for 80 years to Richard Parker, William Parker, Edmund Suthereye and William Clerk, at a rose rent to cut down another wood thereon, sell the timber and appropriate the proceeds in aid of their great expense in repairing and stocking the said manor and others.
