Paar Il. 215 Commission of oyer and terminer, inasmuch as jisances of trespasses in the king's free chapels pertain to him alone, to William de Botreaus, Oliver de Carmenowe and John Billyoun, on complaint by Master John de Maunte, king's clerk and dean of his free chapel of St. Berian, co. Cornwall, that he having sequestered divers fruits of the prebend of Trethyn, in the said chapel, for certain defects found there, Master Richard de Beaupre and others broke the doors of the chapel and carried away the sequestered fruits and other goods, and assaulted the ministers there.
