Commission to Nicholas, baron of Carrewe, William Boneville, knight, John Dynham, knight, John Copleston, John Baron, William Saunton, John Clynk, serjeant at arms, and the sheriffs of Devon and Cornwall and to two or more of them, to hold inquests as to the malefactors who seised 81 tuns and 1 pipe of the wine of John Mareschal of Brittany being in a ship called la Margerte of Pulmunac in Brittany, together with the ship herself, when at sea, contrary to the form of the truce between the king and the men of Brittany.
