Henry IV and Ivo Fitz Waryn, knight, were lately seised in fee of the of Eton Tregoys co. Hereford with the advowson of the chapel of to the use and profit of Hugh de Waterton, knight. Fitz Waryn his right to the said Waterton his heirs and assigns, and the same at his death, ordained that Thomas Langley, bishop of Durham, of his will, and Robert Basset, since deceased, and John de and William Bruteley, chaplain, his executors, should dispose of moiety of the said manor and advowson according to his last will to them Afterwards the said late king, wishing to fulfil the last will of said Hugh, granted by deed one moiety of the premises to Catherine, wife of the said Hugh, for life, with remainder, in fee simple, to the supervisor and executors, to dispose of according to the said will : and in accordance with the same, demised a moiety of a moiety of the manor and advowson to Blanche, wife of Robert Chalons, knight, one the daughters and heirs of the said Hugh, and the heirs of her body, remainder to the heirs of the body of Elizabeth, late the wife of John of Puston, the other daughter and heir of the said Hugh, with over to Hugh's right heirs. Now the said manor is held in and the said Robert Chalons and Blanche entered in the said moiety a moiety without licence, but the king for 4 marks paid in the hanaper this trespass, and grants that the said settlement shall stand.
