Grant, in fee simple, to the abbot and convent of Wynchecoumbe of 115 acres 1 rood, by the perch of 20 feet, of their own soil, out of the wastes in the forest of Wychewode, co. Oxford, to wit, 20 acres between the wood of the earl of Warwick and the demesne land of the manor of Astelegh ; 2 acres between the queen's wood and the abbot's wood, 78 acres 30 perches lying at the north end of 20 acres arrented to the abbot and convent between the wood of the earl of Warwick and the demesne land of the manor of Astelegh, and the field of the men of the township of Enstane ; 14 acres 10 perches between the messuage and croft of Agnes de Blokesham of Dichelee and the abbot and convent s wood, on both sides of Grimmesdich ; at a rent, by the hands of tho sheriff, of 4s. 93d., whereat they were arrented by Walter de Gloucestre and William de ene: so that they enclose it with small dyke and low hedge according to the assize of the forest. 21.
