The like to the same and Garsias Arnaldi de Garleux, canon of Auch (Auzxiecen ), and William de Prato, canon of Comminges, papal nuncios, that they may collect first fruits from the time of the reservation thereof by the pope, from void ecclesiastical benefices with or without cure, for three years, notwithstanding divers prohibitions in parliament ; on condition that they do not intermeddle with void abbeys or priories, and that they do not carry the money arising therefrom out of the realm except by way of exchange.
