Norfolk, ought to be exposed for sale at the town of Great Yarmouth without forestalling or brokering, and all goods bought or sold by measure ought to be bought or sold by the king's standard delivered for that purpose by the king's bailiff of that town, and whereas the burgesses have in times past, by the king's bailiffs deputed thereto by the burgesses, made distraints and attachments and other things that have to be done in the said port, and have received amercements and other profits therefrom, and due 1306. 22.
