Association of John Butetourt in a commission of oyer and terminer directed to Henry de Percy, William Haward, and Walter de Gloucestre, by jury of the county of Essex, touching the persons who entered the chaces, parks, warrens, and coney warrens, late of John de Warenna, sometime earl of Surrey, after they came to the king's hands by reason of the minority of John son of William de Warenna, the king's kinsman, and heir of the deceased earl, hunted therein, and carried away deer, hares and rabbits, fished in his stews and carried away fish.
