Pardon to Alexander de Balliolo of Caures of all trespasses in Scotland and elsewhere, for which he submitted to the king's will all his lands, tenements and goods, which by reason thereof were taken into the king's hands ; and also of the fine in which he was bound to the king for the logs of the peel (pila) of Selkirk, the custody of which he undertook under forfeiture of his body, lands, and everything that could be forfeited, and restitution to him of his said lands and goods in England and Scotland.
