Henry son of Robert de Solihulle, for the death of William son Andrews. of Petronilla, and for all trespasses and of any consequent outlawry. 24. Robert Erneys of Briggele, in consideration of his service in Scot- Andrews. land, of his outlawry for non-appearance on a plea of trespass of Robert de Bayous before Peter Mallorre and Thomas de Burnham, justices appointed to hear and determine the same, the said Robert having found in the Chancery Nicholas Fraunceys of Wetewang of the county of York, and William Russel of Middlewich of the county of Chester, as mainpernors to produce him before the said justices to answer the said plea on a day to be fixed by the justices. 30. Richard son of Gilbert de Hordeworth, at the instance of Robert de Clifford, for the death of Richard son of Adam de Hordeworth, and of any consequent outlawry. 30. John de Knodeshale, in consideration of his service in Scotland, of the ransom and of whatever belongs to the king, by reason of his trespass against Peter Duunvng, chaplain, whereof the latter impleaded him before the king, and whereof he was convicted by a jury in that court. 30. Roger de Brockeleye, of his outluwry for a trespass in the king's park of Cammel, while it was in the hands of Margaret, queen of England, the king's consort, as it appears by testimony of Hugh le Despenser that he had satisfied the queen for the same. 10. John, abbot of Stanlee, at the instance of Peter de Shevyndon, chaplain, for taking a hind in the forest of Whittelwode and carrying it away. 29. Paul de Caterhale, at the instance of Henry de Lacy, earl of Lincoln, the king's kinsman, for the death of William son of Ralph de Punczounby and Thomas son of Thomas de Derwent.
