Commission of oyer and terminer to Ralph de Sandwico and Henry Spigurnel, on complaint by Robert le Wylde, man and tenant of Henry, prior of Bermundeseye, of the manor of Waddon, co. Surrey, which is ancient demesne, that whereas the king ordered the prior not to exact from the tenants of that manor any other customs or services than they were accustomed to perform when the manor was in the hands of the king's propitors, yet the prior, brothers Bartholomew de la Douse, Peter Peleryn, ohn le Braynes and Geoffrey de Sumersete, by night plundered his goods to the value of 1004. By fine made before the Chancellor.
