Commission of oyer and terminer to Richard de Burghunte and John de la Lee, on complaint by Walter Frest of Southampton, and Alice, late the wife of Ralph Bisshop, by jury of the county of Southampton touching a ship of theirs which was seized by the bailiffs of Southampton for carrying victuals to Scotland, and handed over by them for that purpose with its whole gear and fittings to Robert de Wynton, who sold it to Nicholas Hardyng of Wynchelse, and refused to restore or pay for it, to the damage of the said Walter and Alice and the retardation of the Scotch expedition.
