The like to Nicholas de Warrewyk and John de Foxle, on complaint by John Giffard that Henry del Ok, sub-escheator in the county of Gloucester, fished in his stews of Weston and Norton, co. Gloucester, while those manors were in the king's hands by the death of Godfrey Giffard his uncle, tenant in chief, whose heir he is, took, consumed and carried away fish and other goods, and broke his park at Weston, cut down the trees and sold them and carried away timber. 20.
