Licence, in consideration of a fine made by him before Philip de Wylgheby, king's clerk, supplying the place of the treasurer,and the barons of the Exchequer, for Philip de Kyme, to enfeolf Robert de Arcy of his manor of Stalyugburgh, which is held in chief. ParJon to SMephen Grazelyn of Hendre, in Launceveton gaol for the death of Martin Sweta of Delyoum, as it appears by the record of Robert de Wodeton and his fellows, justices appointed to deliver that gaol. This record Stephen afterwards vouched to warranty before John de Berewyk and his fellows, justices lately in eyre in the county of Cornwall, when charged before them, and the king caused it to come before him under tho seal of the said John.
