Grant to her, in further compensation, that she shall hold the above, with the other castles, cities, towns, honor, boroughs, farms, manors, and hundreds heretofore granted to her in dower, together with knights fees, advowsons of religious houses, hospitals, churches and chapels, wards, marriages, escheats, chaces, parks, assarts and purprestures; and that in the abovementioned places granted to her in compensation she have the return of all writs of the king or his heirs, and the summons, and all the fines, ransoms, and amercements of all the men and tenants thereof, and of the fees thereof, and the forfeited issues and everything that can belong to the king's heirs of the year, day and waste, forfeitures and murder fines in all courts whatever of the king's heirs adjudicated against the men and tenants thereof, as well before the king's heirs, and in his Chancery, as before the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer, the justices in eyre for common pleas and for pleas of the forest, and all the king's ministers whatsvever, by cstreats thereof to be delivered to her bailiffs and ministers by such justices or by the Exchequer. by the hands of the sheriffs where the places are situated ; also that she have in all the said places and their fees goods of felons and fugitives.
