Pardon to Edmund Walerand for a robbery which he was said to have committed at Luffenok in Scotland against Henry de Pynkeny, and for which he was detained in the gaol of Newcastle-upon-tyne, and of which he was acquitted before Adam de Crokedayk and Gwichard de Charrum, justices appointed to deliver that gaol, as it appears that he is afraid, when he goes to Scotland, of being charged therewith again. _ By K.
