The like of the same to receive possession or restitution of the cities, castles, boroughs, towns, and lands of the duchy of Aquitaine in the hands of the said Philip ; to swear fealty to that king for the same; to make a concord with the king of France or his proctors, and to promise on the king's behalf that he will personally come to fulfil whatever conditions are made, by his taking oath to that effect, or by their enforcing the same through the court of Rome, even by special mandate.
