Licence, in consideration of a fine made by John de Broghton, on behalf of the abbot and convent of Evesham, before W. bishop of Coventry and Lichfield, the treasurer, for the alienation in mortmain to them by Malcolm Musard of the manor of Seynesbury, co. Gloucester, which he holds in chief by the service of a fourth part of a knight's fee, except the ho and service of John de Sumervill and his heirs for the manor of Aston Sumervill, which is held of the said Malcolm by the service of a knight's fee, as appurtenant to the manor of Seynesbury.
