Commissioner of oyer and terminer to William Gascoigne, John Peter de Bukton, Nicholas Hebbeden, William Drousfeld, de Watirton, Albin de Enderby and John Belle of Boston, certain evildoers, who assembled in insurrection at Wrangle, co. broke the close of Robert Neuton of Wrangle, the king's farmer Wrangle, assaulted and illtreated him and Beatrice his wife, killed Harlethorpe and William Burneby there, burnt certain houses of the Robert and his goods to the value of 200/. and divers charters, and other muniments of the king and the said Robert in the and the said John and William so killed and carried off 40J. of the in money under the custody of the said Robert.
