Parr I. 197 of John March, John Lasy and William atte Hele, la Muryarete Hoke of the portage of 80 tuns of Andrew Blake and John and la Marie of Farram of the portage of 68 tuns of William and William Peris, lately arrested by John Drax in the port of by pretext of a commission of the king and now under arrest the said port or other ports and places adjacent, and to take a balinger their discretion and mariners for the ships and balinger so that they be ready in the said port on the last day of October at latest to serve king at sea.
