Pardon to William Gaiscoigne, of Gokthorpe, co. York, knight, of any flight or withdrawal whereof he is charged in his indictment with Richard Aske of Aghton, co. York, esquire, John Horner of Harwod, co. York, yoman, Miles Parker of Gokthorp, yoman, John Pye of Harwode, bowcher, and William Chambre late of Brame, co. York, gentilman, before Thomas Danell, coroner in the county, of having slain Thomas Dauson of Tadcastre, co. York, colier, on Sunday after Easter last in the meadows of Tadcastre, and withdrawn immediately thereafter; and grant to him of all goods forfeited by him by colour thereof. By p.s. ete.
